Culture Heroes: How Victoria Dubinski Became EDO Digital Marketing’s Assist Leader

At EDO, our success is built on more than just data and analytics — it's driven by people who embody our values in everything they do. That's why each quarter, we celebrate our Culture Heroes: over 100 EDOers nominate two team members who have gone above and beyond in exemplifying our core values.

Today, we're chatting with Victoria Dubinski, Digital Performance Marketing Manager, who was nominated for EDO's "We Are Partners" core value — defined by building strong collaborations, elevating teammates' work, and creating meaningful partnerships across business functions — both across EDO and with our clients.

A beloved team player with a knack for getting things done and “nerding out on the right way to set up an Excel function,” Victoria has shown her partnership prowess through several big projects, including EDO’s NFL Top Ads leaderboard, a major website redesign, and critical back-end setup for HubSpot campaigns. Here, Victoria shares her perspective on partnership, her creative approach to content development, and what her friends mean when they say someone's "pulling a Victoria."

EDO: How do you describe what you do to your parents?

Victoria Dubinski: I just say I'm in marketing! But if I had to explain it more thoughtfully, I manage the digital aspects of EDO marketing, including the website, email, paid ads, and organic social.

EDO: You were nominated for exemplifying "We Are Partners" both internally and externally. What does that value mean to you on a daily basis?

VD: I don't really think of it as an EDO value — it's more just how I try to carry myself as part of this ecosystem that is EDO. I generally like the people I work with, so I want to help them as much as I can. When someone asks me for something, I want to be prompt in either giving them a response or at least acknowledging them.

EDO: Can you tell us about the NFL Top Ads experience and what makes it exciting?

VD: Our original top ads page was kind of like an overgrown garden — maintained but not really cared for. When I was asked to get something ready for the NFL season, I thought, "I have some time, I can be more thoughtful about this." One of the cool things about EDO data is how you can analyze it over time and see who's new. People like to know what's happening in their category.

I reached out to our front-end engineering team about getting more EDO data faster, and they were fantastic partners. What's exciting about the new experience is the depth of interaction — you can switch categories, see what brand is new, track movement in rankings week over week, view videos, and share content. While our old experience was just "here are the ads," this version provides so much additional context you can learn at a glance.

EDO's NFL Top Ads dashboard helps viewers sift through real-time TV outcomes data.

EDO: What do you like best about working at EDO?

VD: I really like our team. Not just within marketing, but cross-functionally we have some really cool people. And honestly, this is probably one of the jobs where I could most easily explain what we do — people get TV!

EDO: What would your friends say is "pulling a Victoria"?

VD: Just pushing play — I tend to rush into decisions. I just do it! It can be a strength and a weakness for me. I loved being actionable and executing, but it’s always good to stop and see the forest for the trees.

EDO: What do you like to do outside of work?

VD: I like to run, though I don't do it very consistently. Lately, I've been getting into writing short stories, which has been really fun. And I spend time with my kids — they're pretty cute, but I could be bias.!

EDO: What's your favorite TV show?

VD: If I'm being totally honest, it's “Hart of Dixie,” which was a CW show. It's basically a Hallmark movie turned into a series — a New York City hotshot surgeon gets kicked out of her program and has to move to middle-of-nowhere Alabama to practice medicine before she can return to the big city. Naturally, she falls in love with the town and the people in it. It's really cute and wholesome and cheesy. I literally cried at the finale!
